Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum age: You may only register and use an Account if you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble under the laws of your country and state/territory of residence. For Australian residents, you must be 18+ and must not be subject to any personal, court-ordered or regulatory gambling exclusion.
- Location responsibility: The Services are offered from offshore servers under a Curaçao licence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Website is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Operator does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability if you breach local laws by using the Services.
- Single account: Each Player may open only one Account on https://brango-au.com. Multiple Accounts, impersonation or use of another person's identity is strictly prohibited and may result in closure and forfeiture of funds and bonuses.
Account Creation Process
- Registration form: To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full name, date of birth, residential address, country, email address, chosen password and, where requested, phone number.
- Email verification: After submitting the form, you may be required to verify your email address by following a link sent to the provided email. The Operator may restrict access, deposits or withdrawals until email verification is completed.
- KYC documents: The Operator may, at any time (and in particular prior to your first withdrawal or where risk-based checks are triggered), request KYC documentation, which may include:
- Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver licence or national ID);
- Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement or similar document issued within the last 3 months);
- Proof of ownership of payment methods used (e.g., card copy with masked digits, e-wallet screenshot, crypto wallet proof);
- Source of funds or source of wealth information where required by anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards.
- Review and approval: The Operator may approve, refuse, limit or terminate an Account at its discretion, subject to applicable regulatory obligations and these Terms. If KYC is not completed to the Operator's satisfaction, withdrawals may be delayed, limited or refused and the Account may be suspended.
User Obligations
- Accuracy of data: You must ensure all information you provide (registration details, documents, payment data) is accurate, up-to-date and not misleading. You must promptly update your details via the Account interface or by contacting support if they change.
- Password and security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your Account. You must:
- Use a strong, unique password;
- Not share your username or password with any third party;
- Log out after each session and protect your devices against unauthorised access.
- Unauthorised use: If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, you must immediately change your password and notify support at [email protected]. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from failure to protect your credentials.
- Personal use only: Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use. You must not act as an agent, use pooled funds, or operate accounts on behalf of others.
- Compliance: You agree to comply with these Terms, all posted rules for specific Games and promotions, and any reasonable instructions given by the Operator or its support team.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Gameplay Conditions
- Game rules: Each Game is governed by its own rules, paytables and random number generator (RNG) mechanics as provided by the relevant software supplier and displayed within the Game interface or help section. By placing a Bet, you accept the applicable Game rules.
- Fair play: All outcomes are determined by certified RNGs or, for live dealer content where available, by real-life game results streamed in real time. You acknowledge that Games are games of chance and that no strategy can guarantee winnings.
- Currency: For Australian Players, the primary operational currency is AUD, although other currencies or cryptocurrencies may be offered. Conversion rates are determined by the Operator or the payment processor at the time of transaction.
Placing Bets
- Availability of funds: You may place Bets only if you have sufficient available balance (Real-Money Balance or Bonus Funds eligible for wagering). Attempting to bet with insufficient balance will result in rejection of the Bet.
- Minimum and maximum bets: Each Game has defined minimum and maximum bet limits as shown in the Game interface. The Operator may impose global or account-specific limits, including:
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds;
- Maximum bet per spin/round when using Bonuses or participating in promotions;
- Maximum payout limits for certain Games or promotions.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered accepted once it has been registered on the Operator's servers. The transaction history in your Account is the final record of accepted Bets and results.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- Player-initiated changes: Once a Bet has been placed and confirmed by the system, you generally cannot cancel or modify it. It is your responsibility to check all details before confirming a Bet.
- Operator-initiated voiding: The Operator may void or adjust Bets and results if:
- A technical error, malfunction, misconfiguration or interruption affected the Game outcome, display, odds or settlement;
- The Bet was placed or a result generated due to a software bug, exploit, collusion, automated tools, bots or other circumvention of normal gameplay;
- The Bet was accepted in breach of these Terms, Game rules or applicable law.
- Treatment of voided bets: Where a Bet is voided, the Bet amount is normally returned to your Account. If funds were credited due to an error, they may be reversed and any related winnings cancelled, even if such funds have been temporarily available.
Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Interactions
- Respectful behaviour: Where chat, messaging or any interactive features are available (including live dealer tables), you must behave respectfully and lawfully. In particular you must not:
- Use abusive, obscene, racist, sexist, homophobic, discriminatory or threatening language;
- Harass, bully or spam dealers, staff or other Players;
- Advertise other services, solicit funds or share personal contact information.
- Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not:
- Use automated systems (bots), scripts or any form of AI assistance to place Bets or play Games;
- Engage in chip dumping, syndicate betting, collusion with other Players or any coordinated strategy intended to gain unfair advantage;
- Exploit software bugs, latency, visible card errors, misconfigured paytables or obvious pricing mistakes.
- Consequences: In case of misconduct, the Operator may mute or block chat access, void Bets, confiscate Bonus Funds, restrict or close your Account and, where necessary, report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Separate bonus rules: Each Bonus or promotion published on https://brango-au.com or communicated via email, SMS or in-account messages is subject to specific terms (the "Bonus Rules"). These Bonus Rules form part of these Terms. In case of conflict, the specific Bonus Rules prevail for that promotion.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are usually intended for recreational Players and may be limited to particular countries, payment methods, Game categories or player segments. The Operator may decline, withdraw or limit Bonuses at its discretion, especially where it suspects abuse, arbitrage or professional play.
- Non-transferability: Bonuses and any associated rewards are non-transferable, cannot be sold or exchanged, and may be used only by the Account holder to whom they are granted.
Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Activation: To activate a Bonus you may be required to:
- Enter a bonus code on deposit or in your Account;
- Opt-in via a promotion page or pop-up;
- Meet minimum deposit thresholds or other eligibility criteria.
- Wagering: Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both (e.g., 40x bonus). Only qualifying Bets placed after activation count towards these requirements.
- Timeframe: Each Bonus has a validity period (for example, 7 - 30 days from activation). If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the Bonus and any related winnings may be cancelled and removed from your Account.
- Maximum bet with bonus: The Operator may cap the maximum Bet per spin/round while wagering a Bonus (for example, AUD 10 or another amount as specified in the Bonus Rules). Placing higher Bets may lead to confiscation of the Bonus and winnings.
Prohibited Games and Actions with Bonuses
- Restricted games: Some Games may be excluded or contribute less towards wagering (for example, low-risk bets on roulette, certain table games, jackpots or specific pokies). The contribution rates or exclusions will be stated in the Bonus Rules or general bonus policy. It is your responsibility to review them before playing.
- Bonus abuse: Without limitation, the following conduct is considered bonus abuse:
- Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion;
- Using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering (e.g., betting on both red and black);
- Hoarding Bonuses and delaying gameplay, or switching significantly from low to high volatility bets after large wins while wagering is incomplete;
- Depositing with one payment method and withdrawing to another solely for financial gain unrelated to genuine gambling activity.
- Consequences of abuse: In cases of suspected bonus abuse or violation of Bonus Rules, the Operator may remove Bonuses, forfeit related winnings, adjust balances, restrict future promotions or close the Account.
Combining Promotions
- One promotion at a time: Unless explicitly allowed, Bonuses cannot be combined. While an active Bonus is present, you may be prevented from activating another Bonus until the existing one is completed, forfeited or expired.
- Order of use: Where both Real-Money Balance and Bonus Funds are available, the Operator may apply an internal order of use (e.g., real money first, then bonus), which will be described in the bonus policy. Winnings may be split proportionally between balances.
- Forfeiting a bonus: You may be permitted to manually forfeit an active Bonus via your Account or by contacting support. Forfeiture normally results in the removal of remaining Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings, while your Real-Money Balance remains, subject to these Terms.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment methods: The Website may support, among others:
- Bank cards (such as Visa, Mastercard, and other brand variants);
- E-wallets and online payment services (where available to Australian Players);
- Bank transfers or instant bank payment services;
- Approved cryptocurrencies via third-party payment processors.
- Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section. The Operator may impose individual limits based on your risk profile, responsible gambling settings or AML/CTF considerations.
- Fees and processing times: The Operator aims not to charge additional deposit fees; however, some payment providers or banks may impose their own charges or currency conversion fees. Deposits are usually credited instantly but may be delayed due to third-party processing or security checks.
- Ownership of payment methods: You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Use of third-party cards, accounts or wallets is prohibited and may lead to cancellation of transactions, account suspension and verification requests.
Withdrawals
- Verification requirement: Before processing withdrawals, the Operator may require completion of KYC procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in delays, limits or refusal of withdrawals.
- Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals are typically processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible and consistent with AML/CTF rules. If return to the original method is not possible, an alternative method may be offered, subject to additional checks.
- Withdrawal limits: The Operator may apply:
- Minimum withdrawal amounts per transaction;
- Daily, weekly or monthly maximum withdrawal limits;
- Special limits for large wins or progressive jackpots, which may be paid in instalments according to posted rules.
- Processing times: The Operator strives to review and approve withdrawals within a reasonable timeframe (for example, within 24 - 72 hours after all verifications are complete). Actual receipt of funds may depend on external payment providers and banking systems, which are outside the Operator's control.
- Fees: The Operator may absorb or pass on withdrawal processing fees depending on the payment method, withdrawal frequency and amount. Any fees will be disclosed in the cashier or notified before confirming a withdrawal request.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals
- Deposit refunds: Deposits are generally final and non-refundable once used for gameplay. In exceptional circumstances, and at the Operator's sole discretion, a refund of unused deposits may be considered, provided no breach of these Terms or applicable law has occurred.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with support may be treated as a breach of these Terms. The Operator may:
- Block or close your Account;
- Offset the disputed amount and any related costs from your balance;
- Report fraudulent claims to banks, payment providers and relevant authorities.
- Bonus-related refunds: Where Bets or winnings derived from Bonuses are voided due to bonus abuse, breach of Bonus Rules or technical errors, the Operator may remove Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money stakes may be returned where appropriate, subject to investigation.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator endeavours to provide a fair and secure gaming environment by:
- Using certified RNGs and reputable software providers;
- Maintaining reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect systems and data;
- Operating under Curaçao licence 365/JAZ (as extended under the applicable regulatory transition through 2026).
- Accuracy of information: While the Operator aims to ensure that game rules, paytables, promotions and account information displayed on the Website are accurate, occasional errors may occur. In such cases, the Operator will correct the information and, where necessary, adjust affected transactions in line with these Terms.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Technical failures: The Operator is not liable for:
- Interruptions, delays or failures of the Website, Games, servers or networks;
- Hardware, software or internet connectivity problems on your side;
- Loss or corruption of data arising from events beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
- Indirect and consequential loss: To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
- Maximum compensation: Where the Operator is found liable in relation to a specific Bet, Game or transaction due to proven error or breach, the maximum liability shall not exceed:
- The amount of the Bet placed on the affected Game or transaction; or
- Where no Bet is directly involved, the lesser of your net deposits over the previous 90 days and AUD 5,000 (or equivalent), unless mandatory law requires a higher amount.
- User responsibility: You use the Website and Services at your own risk. You are solely responsible for:
- Determining whether gambling is lawful and appropriate for you;
- Any losses incurred through your gambling activity;
- Managing your gambling behaviour, including setting and respecting personal limits.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and Services, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, user interfaces, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio-visual content and other materials, are owned by the Operator, its group companies, licensors or software providers.
- Limited licence to you: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Games solely for your private entertainment on compatible devices. No other rights are granted.
- Prohibited uses: You must not, without prior written consent:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Website or software (except where expressly permitted by mandatory law);
- Create derivative works or use any framing or scraping techniques to embed or replicate Website content;
- Use any trademarks, logos or trade dress of Brango Casino or Anden Online N.V. for any purpose, including domain names or social media, other than to identify the Services as a user.
- Third-party content: Games and software are provided by third-party suppliers and are protected by their own intellectual property rights. Use of such content is strictly limited to the purposes and methods authorised by the Operator.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Privacy policy: Your personal data is collected and processed by the Operator in accordance with the privacy policy published on the global site at https://casinobrango.com/privacy-policy, as adapted and applied to Players accessing the AU-facing Website at https://brango-au.com.
- Scope of processing: The privacy policy explains, among other things, what data is collected, on what legal basis, for which purposes (including account management, payment processing, AML/CTF compliance and responsible gambling), how long it is retained, and your rights regarding access, correction and deletion where applicable.
- Security measures: The Operator implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and you acknowledge the inherent risks of transmitting information over the internet.
- Third-party disclosures: Personal data may be shared with payment providers, verification services, regulators (including Gaming Curaçao) and service providers as set out in the privacy policy and required by law.
Changes to Terms
- Right to amend: The Operator may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, technical or business developments, including changes in Curaçao's regulatory framework (such as the transition to the LOK regime) or Australian market practices.
- Notification procedure: Material changes will generally be notified by one or more of the following means:
- Posting the updated Terms on https://brango-au.com with a revised "effective date";
- Displaying an in-site banner or pop-up at login or during use of the Services;
- Sending an email to the address registered to your Account.
- Acceptance of changes: Continued use of the Website or Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any eligible Real-Money Balance.
- Historic versions: On request, the Operator may provide or make reasonably available prior versions of the Terms applicable to a specific period, to the extent such records are retained.
Termination & Suspension
Termination by the Player
- Account closure request: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. The Operator may provide in-account tools to self-close or self-exclude where available.
- Withdrawal of funds: Upon closure, you may be entitled to withdraw your remaining Real-Money Balance, subject to:
- Completion of KYC and security checks;
- Deduction of any outstanding chargebacks, fees or sums due to the Operator;
- Forfeiture of any active Bonuses and associated winnings, unless otherwise agreed.
Suspension and Termination by the Operator
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend, restrict or close your Account, cancel Bets, withhold or confiscate funds and deny access to the Services in whole or in part if:
- You breach or are reasonably suspected of breaching these Terms, Game rules or Bonus Rules;
- You provide false, misleading or incomplete information, or fail to complete KYC checks;
- There are indications of fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, chargeback abuse or other unlawful or irregular activity;
- You are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, or the Operator is required to act by law, regulation or order of a competent authority;
- Your behaviour is abusive, threatening or otherwise unacceptable towards staff or other Players.
- Investigation period: During investigation of suspicious activity, the Operator may temporarily freeze your Account, including the ability to deposit, withdraw or place Bets, until the matter is resolved.
- Outcome and refunds: If, after investigation, no serious breach is confirmed, the Operator will normally lift restrictions and, where appropriate, process pending withdrawals. If a serious breach is established, Real-Money Balances may be returned or withheld in whole or in part in accordance with Applicable Law and regulatory obligations, while Bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited.
- Notification: Where legally permitted and reasonable, the Operator will notify you by email or via your Account of any decision to terminate or materially restrict your Account, stating the main reasons for such decision.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Governing law: These Terms, your use of the Website and all contractual and non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the laws of your country of residence that may apply.
- Dispute resolution with the Operator: If you have a complaint, you should first contact customer support at [email protected] providing:
- Your full name and registered email;
- A clear description of the issue, including relevant dates and transaction details;
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, correspondence, etc.).
- Escalation to regulator: If, after exhausting the Operator's internal complaints procedure, you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to Gaming Curaçao via [email protected], in accordance with its dispute resolution procedures. Please note that this is a regulatory contact point, not an Operator email.
- Courts and arbitration: Subject to the foregoing and any mandatory provisions, any unresolved dispute may be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao. The Operator may also propose arbitration or alternative dispute resolution where appropriate; details, if any, will be communicated at the time of the dispute.
- Australian law considerations: By using the offshore Services, Australian Players acknowledge that the Operator is licensed and regulated in Curaçao. Nothing in these Terms excludes any non-excludable rights under Australian consumer law; where such rights conflict with these Terms, the mandatory statutory rights prevail to the minimum required extent.
